Phoebe Dineen

When mom stopped cooking a few years before she passed away, she gave me her two cookbooks that she had compiled over the years.  They were a collection of recipes cut out from magazines and newspapers, as well as a lot of recipes written out in longhand by her, and my grandmother, aunts, etc.

I just found this page while going through her 'recipe drawer' at home.  It's pretty representative of the 2 books she created over the years.
