This comes to us from Nancy. They made it at their Open House and, as Tony the Tiger says... GREAT!
- 1 lg head cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 tsp Celery seed
- 2 or 3 green onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- mayonaisse to taste
Mix and chill. It's that simple!
